He was predeceased by: his mother Patsy Sheffield (Mooreville). He is survived by: his father Jimmy Sheffield of Mooreville; his wife Ellie Sheffield of Mooreville; his sons, Dylan Sheffield (Samantha) of Mooreville, Hunter Sheffield of Fulton, Lamar Davis (Lindsey) of Nettleton and Brad Davis (Shawnda) of Tupelo; his grandchildren, Gabbi Davis, Levi Davis, Luke Davis, Wyatt Davis, Madelyn Davis and McKenna Earnest; his brother Greg Sheffield; and his sisters-in-law, Cathy Hendrix, Amy Griffin and Bonnie Carnathan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
