She was predeceased by: her grandmother Carlene; her husband David Jr. Cook; her parent L. C. Bishop; and her siblings, W. E. Bishop, Wayne Bishop, Colleen Walker, Lucille Shoemaker and Inez Purvis.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Stewart (Billy), Tommy Cook (Josephine) and John Cook (Stephanie).
