He was predeceased by: his parents, Golden Lewis and Ima Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Helen Lewis; his siblings, Mary Griffin (Tommy) of Morton, MS, Bonnie Dorman (AC) of Morton, MS and Bobby Lewis of Meridian, MS; and his great-nephew Anthony. He is also survived by two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
