She is survived by: her husband Ronald Wade; her sons, David Wade (Annette) of Morton and Greg Wade of Morton; her grandchildren, Carter Wade, Nathan Wade (Macy) and Kallie Wade; and her siblings, Charlie Boone of Michigan and Janie Boone Carlise of D'Lo, MS. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
