He is survived by: his wife Renae Jones (Morton); his children, Jana Mayatt (Collinsville), Lexi Covington (Tim), Morton, Whitney Holland (Zach), Alex Thompson (Crystal) and Carthage; and his siblings, Linda Johnson (Jackson), James Claude Thompson (Jimmie Ruth), Morton and Roger Thompson (Morton). He is also survived by nine grandchildren with one expected, one great grandchild.
