She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris Holmes and Linda "Allen" Holmes; her brother John Wayne Holmes; and her former husband Cos Thompson. She is survived by: her husband Ricky Shoemaker; her daughter Kim Leonard (Heath); her grandchildren, Kelsey Bates and Waylon Leonard; her son Scott Shoemaker (Stacey); and her siblings, Diane Holmes, Connie Peak, Michael Holmes and Tommy Holmes.
