He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Guy and Ina Faye Wyatt Guy; and his sister Jean Adcox. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Phillips Guy; his children, Casey Guy and Justin Guy; and his daughter-in-law Abie Bruff Guy.
