He is survived by: his children, Captain "CJ" Sanford of Moselle and Shella Sanford Kitchens (Clayton) of Moselle; his grandchildren, Jenaleigh Kitchens, Bethaneigh Kitchens and Lathan Kitchens; and his brothers, Richard Terry Sanford of Seminary and Roger Neil Sanford (Jill) of Seminary. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members.
