He was predeceased by: his father Alfred Frank Walchak, Sr. (James R. Hoskins); his grandparents, August, Mary S. Walchak, Peder and Voncile S. Pedersen; and his aunt Gayle Pedersen.
He is survived by: his mother Pamela Walchak Hoskins; his children, Alfred Frank Walchak III, Peyton Avery Walchak (Cloe), Barrett Clark Walchak and Coralee Marielle Walchak; his siblings, Peter Walchak (Andrea), W. Whitworth Hoskins, James R. Hoskins (Michelle) and Kenneth Hoskins (Micha); and his pet Jagger. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
