It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bessie Haynes of Moss Point, Mississippi, who passed away on May 9, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Bessie shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Bessie farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Flavis Poole and Bessie Poole; and her brother Grover. She is survived by: her grandchildren, John L'Shane Binder (Sennetra), DeJuan Taurez Binder and Carsyn Eli-Gartman Haynes; her siblings, Clovis Poole (Rosanna) and Almetria Poole-Dean; and her close friend Sister Richard Young. She is also survived by four sister-in-laws and three brother-in-laws; a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
