With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Brenda Davis of Moss Point, Mississippi, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Mizer and Maxine Mizer; her brother Richard Mizer; and her grandson Matthew Scott Atwell. She is survived by: her husband Jack Davis Sr. (Jacky); her children, Sandra "Sandi" Potts (Chris), Jack Davis Jr. (Jennifer), Jefferey "Jeffro" Davis and Shayla Davis; her grandchildren, Brandon Zwick (Jess), Kevin Zwick (Hayley), Brett Davis, Lindsey Davis (Annie), Lauren Eddins, Jaelyn Davis, Gabriel Brown, Hanna Davis and Harley Davis; her close friend Hanna Brister; and her cousin Lana Andrews. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; numerous close cousins, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Mississippi Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association in honor of Brenda. This organization is dedicated to advancing research toward the prevention, treatment, and cure of Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, while also providing education and support for the individuals and families affected by memory loss.
