He is survived by: his wife Catherlean Fox of Moss Point, MS; his daughters, Keena Butts (Bernard) of Ridgeland, MS and Kami Fox of Moss Point, MS; his granddaughter JaMecca Butts of Hattiesburg, MS; his siblings, Helen Stribling of Southfield, MI, Emma Martin of Canton, MS and Bobby Joe Fox (Maria) of Southfield, MI; his aunt Dorothy Stribling of Philadelphia, MS.; his in-laws, Charles "C. H." Monroe, Mary Helen Sherrod of Moss Point, MS, Gloria Faye Triplett of Pascagoula, MS, Hubert Monroe, James Monroe (Alice) and Domeca Coburn (Harold) of Philadelphia, MS; his friends, Jimmy Lee Shannon (Sabyna) and John Allen Black of Philadelphia, MS; his nephews, Kevin Triplett of Moss Point and Demarious Monroe (Keniqua) of Leaksville; and his grandchildren, Cameron Kelly, Kaiden Cunningham and Chance Cunningham of Leaksville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Viewing was held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Unity Funeral Home & Cremation Services (4900 Main St, Moss Point, MS 39563). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Morning Star Baptist Church (10351 Bounds Ave, Philadelphia, MS 39350).
