He is survived by: his father Robert Middleton, Sr.; his son Deonte Polk; his grandchildren, Jerrell McGregor and Onami Polk; his siblings, Mechelle Bivens-Coleman, Mona Lisa Middleton, Deloris Harvey (Richard), Renee Wilson (Jerry), Tracina Lett, Spencer Bivens, Jr., Robert Middleton, Jr. (Anna) and Michael; his sister-in-law Rochelle Middleton; his friend Elaine Campbell; his uncles, Herman McCann and Johnny Lee Middleton; and his close friends, Leon Borden (Jan) and Karey Price (Thelma).
Viewing was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Unity Funeral Home & Cremation Services (4900 Main St, Moss Point, MS 39563). A memorial service was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (1507 11th St, Pascagoula, MS 39567).
