He was predeceased by: his mother Sharon DeVille Wells; his son Matthew Young; his grandmother Frances DeVille; and his brother Leon Wells, III. He is survived by: his children, Hawatha Owens, Alicia Nathan, La'Darryl Nathan and De'Airria DeVille; and his brothers, Jermaine Wells (Andrea) and Grover DeVille. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
