He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Miley (Kofoid) and Clarence Miley. He is survived by: his wife Linda Miley; his daughters, Colleen Hoffman (Jason) of Lebanon, PA and KrisAnne Miley (Kain) of Magnolia, DE.; his grandchildren, Dominick Hitz of Lebanon, PA and Julyanah Hoffman of Lebanon, PA; and his sisters, Jody Eller (Doug) of New Providence, PA and Kathy Hansen of Pine Tops, NC. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
