She is survived by: her husband Johnnie "Doug" Perkins; her siblings, Donell Hill, Denise and Daniel Alvarado; her children, Paul Tillman (Jana), Mitzy Barr and Chad Tillman (Sylvia); her stepchildren, Robbie Perkins (Holly), Kristi Perkins, Robert Provalenko and Billy Towles (Judy); her grandchildren, Brooke, Tori Walker, Taylor, Gracie, Kylie and Kayla Tillman; her stepgrandchildren, Tyler Joiner (Alise), Jade and Brayden Perkins; her great grandchild Thomas Joiner; and her close friends, Patricia "Pat" Bufford and David Bardwell. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
