He was predeceased by: his parents, Mose Gary Ashcraft and Sarah Baker Ashcraft Cates; and his siblings, Jimmie Burnett (Gene), Richard Ashcraft (Mary), Bobby Ashcraft (Carolyn), Mary Moore, Sue Burnett (John) and Mozella Ashcraft.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Reyes (Daniel), Toni Smith, Cynthia "Cindy" Hebert (Lee), Sara, Hannah Ashcraft (Riley Kincaid), Stacie Kirk and Garry Dean Ashcraft; his grandchildren, Nathan Tyler Johnston, Joseph Hebert, George Hebert, Noah Fitzgerald, Jaxon Ellis, Olivia Kincaid, Brandon, Nicolas, Rachel, Chelsea, Danielle, Josh Ashcraft and Jason Overstreet; and his siblings, Judy Henderson (Ron), Michael "Mike" Ashcraft (Karen) and Bonnie Crutchfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (9721 MS-63, Moss Point, MS 39562). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Hospital for Children in Roger's loving memory, as they were both very dear to his heart.
