He was predeceased by: his parents, Vard Moorman and Loucile Moorman; his daughter Karen Moorman; his grandsons, Joshua Moorman, Trace Willis and Chad Moorman; his siblings, Billy Moorman, Jr., Joyce Moorman George, Max Moorman and Jerry Moorman; and the mother of his children Carolyn "Gen" Moorman.

He is survived by: his children, Randy Moorman (Wanda), Steven Moorman, Danny Moorman (Jeri) and Carla Mae Moorman; his grandchildren, Jarrod Moorman (Savannah), Justin Moorman, Cole Moorman (Ruthie), Acie Willis (Marti) and Ashton Sparks (Josh); his siblings, Tannah Bolen, Toby Moorman (Patricia), Dottie Moorman Temple (Dale), Jimmy Moorman and Ralph Moorman (Susan); his friend Carla Hiestand; and his pet Wheeler. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
