She was predeceased by: her husband Edmond Shields (Bo); her son Rodney Shields; her parents, William Brooks and Ilene Brooks; and her sisters, Peggy Brooks Dudley and June Brooks Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Shields Western, Mike Shields (Robin) and Sam Shields (Sis); her sister Iva May Brooks Williams; her grandchildren, Jerry Western (April), Ashley Perry (Kelcey), Jenna King (Brandon), Brandi Shields and Traci Shields; her great grandchildren, Natalie Western and Hunter Western (Allie); and her grandchildren, Dannilyn Western, Breelyn Western, Harper King, Billie King, Wyatt Shields, Chloe Walker and Kelcey Walker.
