He is survived by: his wife Samsook Theisen; his children, Donald Theisen, Debbie Newman (Kent), Audrey Lee, Darryl Theisen (Jackie) and Traci Theisen; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Theisen (Myrical), Jennifer Gray (Tramond), Beth Newman and James Lee. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
