He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Tibbits and Margaret Lewis. He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret Brooks (Ed Griffin) of Vancleave, MS, Deborah Lambert of Pascagoula, MS and Donnie Tibbits of Baldwin, Michigan; and his close friends, Joey, Barbara Dunnam, Woody, Diane Goff, Rendil Hoskins, Danny Brinkman and Eddie Mason. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
