She is survived by: her children, Cassandra Wimbush of Waynesboro, VA and Brian Blackmon of Moss Point, MS; her grandchildren, Marquis Wimbush-Ariel of Waynesboro, VA, Xavier Wimbush of Waynesboro, VA, Darius Williams, Kaylee Blackmon, Lilyannah Blackmon of Moss Point, MS and Jada Hall; her great grandchildren, Draydyn Wimbush, Azai'ous Wimbush, Simora Hood, Mercy Wimbush, Zyon Boyd and Mason Boyd; her nephew David Blackmon of Staunton, VA; her nieces, Brittany Price-Alonzo of Moss Point, MS and Anya Blackmon of Waynesboro, VA; and her siblings, Synethia Blackmon of Oak Ridge, TN, Louise Cowen of Moss Point, MS, Johnny Blackmon of Moss Point, MS, Fletcher Blackmon-Joy of Lorton, VA and Kerry Blackmon of Huntsville, AL.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (9721 MS-63, Moss Point, MS 39562).
