She was predeceased by: her parents, Woody Mizelle Jr. and Nettie Mizelle. She is survived by: her husband John Yates of Moss Point, MS; her children, John Yates, Jr. (David Crouse) and Michelle Yates of Fulton, MS; her grandchildren, Ron Maier (Summer) of Mooreville, MS, Cassie Holt (Caleb) of Huntsville, AL and Kelsey Dickens (John Farley); and her brothers, Morris Mizelle and Woody Mizelle. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
