She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Harison Bonds and Mable Calcote Bonds; and her siblings, Lucille Bonds Hall (Buford), Odie Lee Bonds (Willie May) and Robert Luther Bonds.

She is survived by: her children, Douglas B. Hester and Karen H. Senseney (Dan).
