With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nannie Ruth Ward (Moss Point, Mississippi), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 18, 2025 at the age of 78. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Homer Cade and Georgia Lee Cade; her siblings, Wanda Redus and Jim Cade; and her cousin Bob Denny.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Thomas (Lindella), Scott Thomas, Jimmy Ward (Michelle) and Nicole Ward; her grandchildren, Jared Thomas (Brandi), Lauren Thomas, Gabriel Thomas (Ashley), Ella Suttle, Aiden Thomas, Damien Buckley, Tray Ward (Kayla), Colton Ward (Sydni), Skylar Gambler and Cassidy Thompson (Deaven); her great grandchildren, Cohen, Croix, Emrie, Faryn and Ollie Thomas; her grandchildren, Demi, Gabrielle Thomas, Kaydon, Landyn, Kendal Ward, Brently, Finley Ward and Adelaide Thompson; and her siblings, Ann Bethany and Billy Cade. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holder Wells Funeral Homes (4007 Main St, Moss Point, MS 39563).
