She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Elvis Cumbest and Florrie Goff Cumbest; her husband Herbert L. Dryden; and her sister Myrlene Shemper. She is survived by: her sons, Mack Dryden (Teri), Daryl Dryden (Donna) and Timothy Dryden (Deana); her grandchildren, Emily Wilkes (Wade), Sarah Rumery, Brittany Hart (Richard), Griffin Frazen, Spencer Frazen, Tim, Mathias Dryden (Kelsey), Miriam Lupton (Ben), Micah, Wade and Emma Dryden; her great grandchildren, Hayes, Myles, Liam, Aven, Callum, Dean and Olivia; and her sisters, Gail Lassiter (Benny), Joan Smith (late Tommy) and Faye Sullivan (Bill). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Caswell Springs Methodist Church (18601 MS-63, Moss Point, MS 39562). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Caswell Springs Methodist Church, 18601 MS-63, Moss Point, MS, in Neva's precious memory.
