He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Reflecting and Roscoe Fields Sr. Reflecting. He is survived by: his children, Charletha Williams, David Bass and Markquale Fields; his grandchildren, Shaquile Williams, Kionna Johnson and David Bass Jr.; and his siblings, Ruben Fields (Gwen), Clinton Fields, Sandra Graves Jones, Alzena Rice (Sam), Andra Fields Bullard, Pauletta Eaddy (Ken) and Johnice Fields. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
