Smith (Alyssa) of Charlestown, Indiana; his stepson Zachary Utley of Austin, Indiana; his grandchildren, Josalina of Charlestown, Indiana, Jaxson, Jemma and Jada of Charlestown, Indiana; his sister Janean Lahrman (John) of Jeffersonville, Indiana; and his mother-in-law Loretta Haven of Scottsburg, Indiana. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
