He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Phillips; his children, Nicholas Phillips (Brittany) of Madison, MS and Klancey Hillhouse (Trey) of Moss Point, MS; his siblings, Kenneth Phillips of Taylorsville, MS, Becky Leggett (John) of Moulton, AL and Gerry Logan (Scotty) of Pascagoula, MS; his brother-in-law Michael Kirkpatrick (Billie) of Heber Springs, AR; and his grandchildren, Phoenix, Tiana Hillhouse, Cooper and Wren Phillips. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made through the Jackson County Baptist Association to provide wheelchair ramps for elderly and disabled residents, helping improve safety, accessibility, and independence for those in need.
