He is survived by: his parents, Tommy McCormack and Phyllis McCormack; his brother Tony McCormack; his wife Cynthia McCormack "Cymp"; his children, Bethany Davis (Kevin) and Thomas McCormack (Tara); and his stepchildren, Courtney McDaniel (Casey) and Chad Thaggard (Jodi). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, and his nieces and nephew.
