He was predeceased by: his parents, Taylor Weaver and Tommy; and his siblings, Al Weaver and Lottie Bass. He is survived by: his wife Dorris Ann Weaver; his children, Tonya Eubanks (Jamey) of Lucedale, Tommy A. Weaver, Jonathan Weaver and Timothy Weaver; and his siblings, Garland Weaver (Cheryl), Dudley Weaver (Nancy), Charles Weaver (Addis), Rita Myrick (Wayne), Danny Weaver (Donna), Paulette Bartlett, Ida Hemphill and Lorinda Callahan. He is also survived by his five grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relative.
