She was predeceased by: her parents, William James and Agnes Henrietta Miller James; her former husbands, Robert "Bob" Hailey, Marshall Allen Nelson and Arthur Lamar Pipkins; her siblings, Elroy James, Raymond "Frank" James, Robert "Bobby" James, Samuel "Nutty" James, Elsie Pollan, Blanche Kitchen, Helen "June" Mills, Lois May Miller and Dana Herrington; her grandson Derek Meadows; and her great grandchild Hannah Meadows.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Hailey Loris (Joe) of Vancleave, Tink Hailey Pipkins of Moss Point, Bobbie Jean Hailey Broussard (Rodney) of Moss Point, Charles "Chuck" Nelson (Tonya) of Moss Point and Brian Nelson (Angie) of Pascagoula, Mississippi.; her grandchildren, Christina Redding, Jeffery Redding (Ashleigh), Kristy Loris, Kelly Loris, Chanda Meadows, Jessie Meadows, Krystal Meadows, Hailey Vice Williams, David Allen Vice, Rochelle Broussard Alley (Robert), Bridget Broussard LaRue (Jim), Tamara Broussard Betancourt (Fernando), Rodney Broussard Jr., Caroline Lillian Nelson and Marshall Benjamin Nelson; and her sisters, Sandra Carpenter (John) of New Caney and Lorine Entrekin of Ovett, Mississippi. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
