He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Spradley and Daisy Spradley of Moss, Mississippi.; his former wife Nancy Anderson; his son Troy Spradley; his siblings, Gerald of Jimmie, J. W., Bobby Lee, Donnie Ray, Roger Dale Spradley, Irma Poore, Betty Sue Simms, Jeanette Herrington, Ruth Lindsey and Mildred McCord (Nancy); and his son-in-law John Moore, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Audrey Yates Spradley; his children, Dale Windham (John) and Judy Moore; his stepdaughter Jan Foster (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Dionna Wood, Mike Taylor (Katie), Jason Moore (Elizabeth), Tyler Moore (Casey), Tate Moore (Brittany) and Lauren Spradley; and his siblings, Mary Ann Johnson, Faye McCarty (Marion), Milton Dean, Jessie Iran and Roy Spradley (Sherry). He is also survived by great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
