She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Eugene Polk and Hazel Brinson Polk; her husband Winston E. Duckworth; her daughter Janice Duckworth Daniel (Paul); and her brothers, Will Polk, Eugene Polk and Rex Polk.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Duckworth Hardin (Don) of Mount Olive; her granddaughters, Allison Hardin Duckworth (Todd) of Mount Olive and Angela Hardin Davis (Brad) of Mount Olive; and her great grandchildren, Jacob Hardin (Amy Beach), Wyatt Duckworth, Graham Davis, Will Duckworth, Josh Davis, Jay Duckworth and Hadlee Davis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family members.
