She was predeceased by: her fathers, Carl Jobe and James Jobe; her husband Reverend William J. Merritt; and her siblings, Arnold Jobe, David Jobe and Jerry Mears.
She is survived by: her sister Jackie Cowsert; and her children, Diane Yager (Randy), Keith Merritt, Kristie Clark (John), Staci Lowrey (Bobby), Deanna Jordan (Ricky), Phillip Little (Morgan) and Ashley Watkins (Brad). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
