He is survived by: his mother Betty Laverne Stanford Thompson; his wife Tonya Thompson; his son Blake Thompson (Mindy); his sister Tina Morrow (Jeff); his granddaughters, Nicole, Peyton Thompson and Myrtle; his close friend Chase McMillen; Sadie Kate.
