He was predeceased by: his parents, J. P. Roberts and Eunice Roberts; his wife Betty Faye Roberts; his mother-in-law Gladys Horn; and his siblings, Cecil (Claudia), Frank and Monida Roberts Moak (Charles Ray).

He is survived by: his daughters, Angelia Faye Roberts of Natchez, MS. and Kristi Roberts Ketchings (Greg) of Natchez, MS.; his grandsons, Gregory Ketchings and Kyle Ketchings (Suzanne); his great grandchild Olan Ketchings; his sister-in-law Carolyn Roberts; his nephew Carl Roberts; his brother-in-law Gerald Horn (Sandra); and his friend Frank Rhinehart.
