She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Givens Carr and Albert Carr, Sr.; her husband Milton E. Morris; her brothers, David Taylor, Sr., Albert Carr, Jr. and Larry Carr, Sr.; and her grandparents, John and Evelyn Givens.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dr. Paula Julian (Corey), Lillian Millet Carr and Dr. Amelia D. Morris Davis; her brother Ray E. Carr, Sr.; her cousin Lena Butler; her grandchildren, Kristian Dobard, Kali Dobard, Demi Davis, Benjamin Strauder, Jr., Milton Casey Strauder, Sr. and Christopher Young, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Noir Avery and Milton Strauder, Jr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
