With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Beverly Gaye Powers in Natchez, Mississippi, who passed away on December 20, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Lightsey and Martha Lightsey. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Powers of Shreveport; her son Michael of Bossier City; and her sister Sheila of Shreveport. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Beverly was an organ donor and in lieu of services, she requests donations be made to St. Judes Children Hospital.
