He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Lorenzon Brock and Elbert Doyle Brock; his son Bruce Elbert Brock; and his siblings, Elbert Doyle Brock and Donna Gene Wedman.
He is survived by: his wife Natalie McDivitt Brock; his daughter Brenda Brock Vines (L. (Binkey) Vines, Jr.); his brother Don Brock of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Haley Vines Tosspon, Lewis Brock Vines, Matthew Grayson Vines and Marjie Brock. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
