He was predeceased by : his parents, John Conley Graves, Sr. and Mazie Smilley Graves; and his wife Patricia Elaine Bradley Graves. He is survived by : his daughter Amanda Burleigh (Jonathan); his grandsons, Jonathan "Goose" and Justin "Littlilest" Burleigh; and his close friend Rosco.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Laird Funeral Home (408 N Union St, Natchez, MS 39120). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Laird Funeral Home Chapel (408 N Union St, Natchez, MS 39120).

In lieu of flowers, the family ask for contributions to the Natchez Children Services, 33 Fatherland Road, Natchez, MS 39120.
