He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Upton and Gertrude Upton; and his siblings, Bernell Upton, Gina Rury, Beth Dearman and Beverly Wills.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Upton; his sons, Brian (Jody) and Mike (Bobbie); his grandchildren, Claire Wallace (Devin), Dalton and Tyler; his great grandchild Annie Blaise; and his sister Sharon Rice (Bill). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
