She was predeceased by: her parents, Hollis Waterman and Anne Anthony Waterman. She is survived by: her children, Anna Marie Franklin, Ralph Cater, Jr., Ray Cater, Freddie Clem, Jr., Jaylynn Delong of Theresa Clem, J. C, Thomas, Jr. and Ruben Thomas; and her sister Jill Ola Waterman. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
