Mullins; his daughter Micki Ensminger (Lyn); his grandchildren, Tristen Dossett and Katelyn Ensminger; and his siblings, Billy Ray Mullins (Cheryl), Jim Mullins (Delores), Ronnie Stephens (Debra), Edwin Stephens and Dianne Watts. He is also survived by his family, friends.
