He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Homer Porter and Elsie Bowers Porter; and his brother Michael L. Porter. He is survived by: his son Ryan Porter of Natchez; and his brother Wayne Porter (Julia) of Ocean Springs. He is also survived by numerous nieces and a nephew.
