He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Buddy" Thomas Lee and Ruby Dora Worthey Lee; his significant other Shirley Lee; and his siblings, Betty Sue Lee, Cindy Lee Burton, Don Hulen Lee and Donny Lee.

He is survived by: his children, Ronny D. Lee (Gerilyn) and Rebecca L. Porter (Joey) of Natchez; his siblings, Billy S. Lee (Roselee), Bobby R. Lee and Carol Lee Briggs (Walter) of Natchez; his grandchildren, Amanda Lee Howington (Lloyd), Jason Allen Lee Porter and Jessica Porter Zuccaro (Richard) of Natchez; his great grandchildren, Peyton Lee Howington (Ana) of Laurel, MS, Adelaide Claire, Drake Lee and Judson Rhett Zuccaro of Natchez, MS; and his great great grandchild Elijah Lee Howington. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
