He was predeceased by: his parents, William Roland Hall, Sr. and Juanita Verruchi Hall; and his siblings, Ronald Keith Hall and Gail Hall Smith. He is survived by: his child Uriah Keith Hall (Brittany Fitzgerald) of Orlando, FL; and his siblings, William "Billy" Hall Jr. and Faye Bazemore. He is also survived by nieces/nephews, great nieces/nephews.
