She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Chauncy Cavin and Mattie Felter Cavin; her husband Howard Paul Cothren; and her sisters, Lois Greer (Neicie), Carolyn Foreman and Jo Ann Stockton.
She is survived by: her children, Marcus Cothren, David Cothren and Paulette Wingard; her grandchildren, Paul Cothren, Leanne Cothren, Keith Wingard, Michael Wingard, Claire Cothren Winn and Emily Cothren; and her sisters, Audrey Hazlip, Mary Frances Havard and Pat Craft. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
