She is survived by: her sons, Michael Lee Carter (Patti) of Sebastian, FL and Mark Edward Carter (Mary Ann) of Ferriday, LA; and her grandchildren, Mark Carter, Jr. (Jessica) of Vidalia, LA, William Carter (Heather) of Vidalia, LA, Meghan Toupin (James) of Vero Beach, FL and Nicholas Carter (Melissa) of Vero Beach, FL. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
