She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Franklin "Frank" Ramshur and Dola Mae Ramshur; her husband Reese Rabon Vines; her grandson Tyler Walker; and her siblings, Betty Myers, Vivian Myers, Annie Bates, Myrtle Ramshur, Geraldine Ramshur, Jessie Ramshur, Edward Ramshur and Gerald Ramshur.

She is survived by: her daughters, Parkway Baptist Church, Natchez Church of God, Sandra Vines Ellard (Mike Ellard) and Julia Ann Walker (Jerry Walker); her grandchildren, Caleb Walker (Mallory Walker), Andrew Ellard (Ashlee Ellard), Kate Ellard and Martha Ann Ellard Kennedy (Kolby Kennedy); her great grandchildren, Evan Walker, Cameron Walker (Cam), Wills Walker, Beckett Ellard (Beck) and Micah Reese Ellard (Mack); and her sister Minnie Mae Wilhite. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
